完善我国住房保障体系,对保障民生、构建和谐社会、促进经济发展具有非常重要的现实意义。文章在分析了住房与社会经济的关系的基础上,从促进经济发展的角度,针对目前我国保障性住房存在的问题,提出了一些关于完善我国住房保障体系的建议。
Perfecting China’s housing security system has very important practical significance for protecting people’s livelihood, building a harmonious society and promoting economic development. Based on the analysis of the relationship between housing and socio-economy, this paper analyzes the existing problems of affordable housing in our country from the perspective of promoting economic development and puts forward some suggestions on improving our housing security system.
