从昆虫资源角度,分析了云南松毛虫(Dendrolimuslatipennis)蛹营养成分。雌雄蛹蛋白质、脂肪含量和氨基酸总量的差异较小,以干物质计,雌雄蛹蛋白质含量分别为58.66%、57.88%,平均58.26%,氨基酸总量分别为37.60%、34.23%,平均35.98%;脂肪分别为21.21%和23.73%,平均22.47%;总糖的差异较大,分别为7.71%和5.92%,平均6.82%;雌雄蛹之间的维生素和矿物元素的含量也存在一定的差异,以维生素A、D和E较明显;必需氨基酸占氨基酸总量(E%)的37.01%,E/N比值为0.59,E%/T值为2.47,是一种营养价值比较全面的食用昆虫。
From the perspective of insect resources, the nutritional components of pupae of Dendrolimus latipennis were analyzed. The difference of protein content, fat content and amino acid content between male and female pupal was small. The content of protein in female and male pupa was 58.66%, 57.88%, 58.26% on average respectively, and the total amino acids were 37.60 %, 34.23%, 35.98% on average respectively. The fat content was 21.21% and 23.73% respectively, with an average of 22.47%. The total sugar content was significantly different, accounting for 7.71% and 5.92% , With an average of 6.82%. There were also some differences in vitamins and mineral elements between male and female pupae, with vitamins A, D and E being obvious. Essential amino acids accounted for 37.01% of the total amino acids (E%), E / N ratio of 0.59, E% / T value of 2.47, is a more nutritious food insects.
