对消费者购买动机的探讨和研究,我们更多的限于消费者想得到何种价值、好处和想表露何种身份以及消费者的情感倾向、要遵守的某种社会规范(如环境保护、尊老爱幼)等等,却往往忽略了一个重要、不易察觉的因素:消费习惯。消费者之所以消费某种产品,可能是他在不自觉中形成了这样的消费习惯。举个极端、好笑的例子:婴儿习惯用奶嘴喝东西,而成人却用吸管,如果哪天你看到一个大人躺在床上,叼着奶嘴,你一定会大跌眼镜。
