随着市场经济的不断发展,社会对职业人才的需求量也在持续上升,中职院校的规模也在不断扩大。学生人数的增加,各个行业对职业人才的技术水平、文化水平以及职业素养等综合能力的要求也在不断提升。这也对新形势下中职教育管理工作带来新的机遇和挑战。本文笔者结合实际管理情况,就中等职业学校教育管理的现状,完善的教育管理体系与教育管理体制,加强学生德育工作以及思想上的教育培养,“严”字当头,从严要求。
