一条锁链,最脆弱的一环决定其强度;一只木桶,最短的一片决定其容量;一个人,素质最差的一面决定其发展。而这素质最差的一面往往是心理素质。近年来,青少年的心理健康状况不容乐观。一些不足挂齿的小事,对心灵脆弱的人来说可能已不堪承受,更别说一些青少年身上存在着严重的心理缺陷。联系到近年来频频见诸报端的大学生包括中小学生自杀、杀人、出走乃至纵火等事件,我们不能不发出屈原般的“天问”:这些孩子,这些青少年,他们到底怎么了?为了孩子的健康成长,本刊特约北京从事教育研究多年的常京娥老师谈谈这个问题。
