“守、破、离”是一个源自日本武术的概念,用以描述学习武术的阶段顺序。守,是遵循传统智能,学习基础功夫或技能。破,是打破传统限制,突破既有框架。离,是脱离并超越旧规范,转化形成崭新的模式。此概念,不仅可阐述修习武术者之学习心境,亦可适用于其他领域。当然,同样可贴切地描绘主管在学习领导之道时的心路历程。守,是学习期。先从各种不同的经典著作、典范人物开始,进行标竿学习。从理论架构建立领导方法论的基本知识、成功法则;从卓越领导者的事迹领略大师风范,从而学习仿效其领导模式与风格。
“Shou, broken, from ” is a concept derived from the Japanese martial arts, used to describe the stage order of learning martial arts.
