目的:促进临床合理用药。方法:对我院心血管内科2007年11月~2008年8月住院患者不合理用药情况进行统计、分析。结果:调查住院患者194例,共调查1 745例/次;抗菌药物不合理应用118例,占被调查患者的60.82%,占被调查患者例/次的6.76%;围术期不合理应用抗菌药物26例,占被调查患者例/次的1.49%。非抗菌药物不合理应用76例,占被调查患者的39.18%,占被调查患者例/次的4.36%。自2008年2月专职临床药师入驻心血管内科后,不合理用药情况有所改善。结论:临床药师通过总结经验,可有针对性地开展药学服务,提高临床合理用药水平。
Objective: To promote clinical rational use of drugs. Methods: The hospital of cardiovascular medicine in our hospital from November 2007 to August 2008 irrational use of medication were statistically analyzed. Conclusion: The clinical pharmacists can summarize the experience, can carry out pharmacy services targeted to improve the clinical rational use of medicine.
