行政问责制是我国政治文明的一个重要标志,是民主政治和法治国家的必然诉求。我国行政问责制还存在着问责的法律缺失、问责客体范围过窄、问责主体单一等困境,因此,应从以下方面来完善行政问责制:制定全国统一的问责制法律、扩大问责制的客体、厘清行政机关的职权和实行问责主体多元化。
The system of administrative accountability is an important symbol of our country’s political civilization and an inevitable appeal for democracy and the rule of law. The administrative accountability system in our country also lacks the law of accountability, the scope of the accountability object is too narrow, and the main body of accountability is a single predicament. Therefore, we should improve the accountability system of administration from the following aspects: formulating a unified national accountability law and expanding Accountability of the object, clarify the authority of the executive authorities and the implementation of the main body of accountability.
