目的 观察帕金森病 (PD)外周血 T淋巴细胞亚群和红细胞免疫功能。方法 应用直接免疫荧光染色法和免疫酵母菌花环法分别测定 2 0例 PD患者外周血 T淋巴细胞亚群和红细胞免疫功能 ,并对其中 1 0例服用 L-多巴前后进行比较。结果 病例组 CD3、CD4、CD8水平较对照组明显降低 ,而 RBC-ICR水平增高。治疗前后比较结果表明 ,服药后 CD3、CD8水平升高 ,RBC-ICR水平降低。结论 PD存在 T细胞免疫功能低下及循环中免疫复合物增多。应用多巴胺制剂可改善 PD的免疫学异常 ,提示 PD的免疫功能异常与体内多巴胺递质改变密切相关。
Objective To observe the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and erythrocyte immune function in Parkinson disease (PD). Methods T lymphocyte subsets and erythrocyte immune function in peripheral blood of 20 patients with PD were determined by direct immunofluorescence staining and immunocytochemical method, respectively, and compared among 10 patients before and after taking L-dopa. Results The levels of CD3, CD4 and CD8 in the cases were significantly lower than those in the control group, while the levels of RBC-ICR were increased. The results before and after treatment showed that the level of CD3 and CD8 increased and the level of RBC-ICR decreased after taking the medicine. Conclusions There is T cell immune dysfunction and immune complex in the circulation. The application of dopamine can improve the immunological abnormalities of PD, suggesting that the abnormal immune function of PD is closely related to the changes of dopamine neurotransmitters in vivo.
