随着我国社会经济的快速发展,煤矿企业逐渐成为国民经济发展中的贡献性行业。煤矿企业的发展,不仅关系着社会经济的发展,更关系着社会大众的日常生产与生活质量。加强煤矿企业的管理,是煤矿企业竞争能力得以提高的重要手段。政工队伍的建立,是煤矿企业获得发展动力的重要源泉。煤矿企业的内部思想与企业文化,是企业灵魂的重要组成部分,只有企业的内部思想氛围良好,企业才具有向前发展的实力。本文以加强煤矿企业政工队伍建设为题,对煤矿企业政工队伍建设存在的问题与实际的解决对策进行分析。
With the rapid socio-economic development in our country, the coal mining enterprises have gradually become the contributing industries in the national economic development. The development of coal mining enterprises is not only related to the development of society and economy, but also the daily production and quality of life of the general public. Strengthening the management of coal mines is an important means to improve the competitiveness of coal mines. The establishment of political ranks is an important source of motivation for coal mining enterprises. The internal thoughts and corporate culture of coal mining enterprises are an important part of the soul of an enterprise. Only when the internal ideological atmosphere of a corporation is in a good state, can the enterprise have the strength to move forward. In this paper, to strengthen construction of political workers in coal mining enterprises as a theme, the coal mine construction of political and political ranks of the problems and practical solutions to be analyzed.
