目的了解仙桃市食品安全状况,分析食品中的安全隐患,有针对性地采取措施,提高食品安全管理水平。方法对2009年-2015年仙桃市食品监测结果进行分析。结果 2009年-2015年本市共监测各类食品样品2 033份,合格1 685份,合格率为82.9%。7年来食品监测的合格率分别为83.5%、73.8%、84.6%、77.6%、83.8%、85.5%、86.5%。共监测微生物致病菌食品样品1 126份,检出致病菌175份,检出率为15.4%,合格951份,合格率为84.6%。食品污染较多的病原菌主要是金黄色葡萄球菌和蜡样芽胞杆菌,其次是沙门菌和副溶血性弧菌。共监测化学污染物食品样品907份,合格734份,合格率为80.9%。2014年最高,为86.5%,2012年最低,为70.4%。米面制品食品中金属铝超标严重,共对277份米面制品进行了铝项目监测检验,合格153份,合格率为55.2%,其中油条中铝污染特别严重,合格率仅为26.0%。结论仙桃市食品监测总体合格率较低,存在一定的安全隐患。
Objective To understand the status of food safety in Xiantao, analyze the hidden dangers in food, and take targeted measures to improve food safety management. Methods 2009 to 2015 Xiantao City food monitoring results were analyzed. Results From 2009 to 2015, a total of 2 033 samples of various kinds of food were collected in the city, with a total of 1 685 samples passing the test. The pass rate was 82.9%. The qualified rate of food monitoring in the past seven years was 83.5%, 73.8%, 84.6%, 77.6%, 83.8%, 85.5% and 86.5% respectively. A total of 1 126 samples of microbial pathogenic bacteria were detected, and 175 pathogens were detected. The detection rate was 15.4% and 951 were passed, with a pass rate of 84.6%. Pathogenic bacteria with more food contamination are mainly Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus cereus, followed by Salmonella and Vibrio parahaemolyticus. A total of 907 food contaminants samples were monitored, 734 were qualified, with a pass rate of 80.9%. The highest in 2014, at 86.5%, the lowest in 2012, at 70.4%. Meal aluminum products in food exceeded the standard serious, a total of 277 rice products aluminum project monitoring test, pass 153, with a pass rate of 55.2%, of which the aluminum fritters particularly serious pollution, the passing rate of only 26.0%. Conclusion Xiantao City, the overall pass rate of food monitoring is low, there are some potential safety problems.
