围产期母儿的免疫学,特别是胎儿的免疫发生和改变是极为复杂的,这种生理现象,在临床上问题不少。由于是产科和儿科的交界范围,所以这方面的研究不多。在围产期治疗上,也甚感其免疫学研究的不足。但是由于最近免疫学方面研究的进展,对各种疾病的免疫学也均有了一定的了解。一、围产期与母儿的免疫过程妊娠中母体对胎儿是处于宿主的状态,对非已的胎儿不但无拒绝,反而出现促进其生存免疫现象。胎儿是处于免疫系统的个体发生时期或原始阶段,推测也是防止宫内感染的免疫能力的健全时期。 (一)母体的免疫变化妊娠时母体免疫变化大体如下,免疫球蛋白
