Synaptics, a developer of human-machine interface solutions, recently announced the new Video Smart BG5CT multimedia solution that supports 4K Advanced HDR video processing for the global set-top box market. Synaptics Video Smart BG5CT is the sixth generation of video processor technology recently acquired by Marvel, and is also part of the award-winning multimedia portfolio.
