设《精神文明建设志》在首届新方志中并不多 ,《梧州市志》在这方面进行积极的探索 ,设专章记述 ,并取得了成功 ,其表现为 :给精神文明建设一定地位 ;分 3节 7目记载精神文明建设的内容 ;反映精神文明建设成果。这种做法也给第二届修志一个有益的启示 :明确地、坚定地设立《精神文明建设志》。
In the first edition of Chronicles of Local Records, “Zhushi Zhiwu Wuzhou” actively explores and describes the chapter of “Spiritual Civilization Construction” in the first edition of the new Chronicles.
