面对内河航运日趋激烈的市场竞争,内河航运企业只有充分发挥自身优势,广泛开展综合物流服务,采取合理的物流经营策略,才能处于不败之地。通过对内河航运企业物流经营的合作策略、竞争策略和管理策略的分析,为航运企业开展综合物流代理提出了有益的建议。
Faced with the increasingly fierce market competition of inland waterway shipping, inland shipping enterprises can not be undefeated unless they give full play to their own advantages, carry out comprehensive logistics services extensively and adopt reasonable logistics management strategies. Through the analysis of cooperation strategy, competitive strategy and management strategy of inland shipping enterprises, this paper puts forward some useful suggestions for shipping enterprises to carry out integrated logistics agency.
