一、概述精冲是国外近年来迅速发展起来的一项新的冲裁技术,其特点是能直接从板料上一次冲出断面光洁((?)6～(?)7)、尺寸精确(GB 3～4级)和表面平整的冲件。冲件的拱弯程度、毛刺和塌角要比普通冲裁件小得多,但还不能完全消除。对一般件冲后不再需要进行校平、修边或其他机械加工。对于光洁度要求较高的冲件,以精冲件做为最后修边的坯料,则可大大减少修边次数。
