本实验在8对人体间进行了表皮细胞与淋巴细胞混合培养以及混合淋巴细胞培养韵研究,并应用本实验室培育的人体真皮纤维细胞株,进行了4对无关个体间纤维细胞与淋巴细胞的混合培养的研究。实验表明人体表皮细胞、淋巴细胞混合培养较混合淋巴细胞培养具有更高的刺激指数。以~3H-TdR 掺入后之 cpm 计数发现前者之刺激指数为后者之6.9倍,表明表皮细胞的强抗原性.纤维细胞与异体淋巴细胞混合培养呈阴性反应。
