俄罗斯农村图书馆馆藏文献来源渠道广泛,俄罗斯联邦和地方预算为农村图书馆馆藏建设提供稳定的资金支持,社会资金和社会捐助是农村图书馆馆藏文献的重要补充途径。俄罗斯农村馆藏建设形成了较为完善的机制,馆藏结构及馆藏利用有其自身的特点。
The collection of Russian rural libraries has a wide range of sources and the Russian Federation and local budgets provide stable financial support for the collection and construction of rural libraries. Social funds and social donations are important supplementary ways for rural library collections. The construction of Russia’s rural collections has formed a relatively perfect mechanism, and the collection structure and use of collections have their own characteristics.
