近日,崇(chónɡ)左市宁明县花山武馆(ɡuǎn)甘敏教练来到了南宁市民秀小学的校园,给小朋友们上了一堂有趣的武术课。相传,壮族祖先靠一套拳法自卫防身、守土保家,为了防止拳法失传,祖先们把拳谱(pǔ)记录于花山岩画中,所以这套拳法就被命名为花山拳。此次武术课的教学内容正是这套花山拳。甘教练把一招一式放慢展示,小朋友们目不转睛地盯着学,将拳法的动作要领“扎(zhā)马时要脚尖朝前,收腹(fù)立腰”等学得有模有样。学习完毕后,小“武者”们统一抱拳回礼。通过此次活动,小朋友们深深体会到了中华
