目的 比较研究大鼠灌胃复方芍药甘草汤和单味甘草汤后甘草酸、甘草次酸的药代动力学特征 ,以希望对芍药甘草汤配伍的合理性进行解释。方法 采用HPLC测定血浆中甘草酸和甘草次酸的含量。结果 大鼠灌胃芍药甘草汤组较灌胃甘草汤组甘草酸和甘草次酸血药浓度、生物利用度显著增高 ,表明芍药与甘草配伍具有协同作用。结论 芍药与甘草配伍具有合理性。
Objective To compare the pharmacokinetics of glycyrrhizic acid and glycyrrhetinic acid in rats after intragastric administration of compound Shaoyao Gancao Decoction and single-flavor licorice decoction, and to explain the rationality of the compatibility of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction. Methods The content of glycyrrhizic acid and glycyrrhetinic acid in plasma was determined by HPLC. Results The concentration and bioavailability of glycyrrhizic acid and glycyrrhetinic acid were significantly higher in the rats fed Zuixiao Gancao Decoction group than in the Gourmet Glycyrrhiza Decoction group, indicating that the compatibility of Ginseng and Glycyrrhizae has a synergistic effect. Conclusion The compatibility of peony and licorice is reasonable.
