是否拥有一支高素质的干部队伍,直接关系到企业能否持续发展。一个合格的领导干部,不仅要具有良好的政治品德,还必须具有较高的科学文化素养和较强的工作能力。干部能力的增强,不仅有利于全面提高干部队伍素质,更有利于提高企业的行政管理绩效,有利于夯实企业党建工作的基础。笔者作为炼化部的基层干部,试图从本单位干部专项读书活动开展的情况,谈谈自己对建设高素质干部队伍的一些粗浅认识。
Whether or not we have a contingent of cadres with high quality is directly related to the sustainable development of enterprises. A qualified leading cadre must have not only good political morality but also high scientific and cultural accomplishments and strong working ability. The enhancement of cadre capabilities not only helps to improve the quality of cadres in an all-round way, but also helps to improve the performance of the administrative management of the enterprises and helps consolidate the foundation for the party building in enterprises. As the grassroots cadres in the Refining and Chemical Department, the author attempts to start from the cadre special reading activities of this unit and talk about some superficial understanding of building a contingent of high-quality cadres.
