用无创伤性心功能测定方法和放射免疫方法测定36例心脏病患者LVEF和血清EDF浓度,结果发现,心脏病组患者血清EDF浓度明显低于正常对照组,血清EDF浓度与LVETI、LVEF呈明显正相关,与PEPI、PEP/LVET比值呈明显负相关。
The results of noninvasive cardiac function test and radioimmunoassay showed that the levels of serum EDF in 36 patients with cardiac disease were significantly lower than those in normal control group.
