目的:了解中成药在我院使用情况及变化趋势,为提高药品管理水平、临床合理用药提供科学依据。方法:根据我院2006-2008年中成药销售量和销售金额,采用药品用药频率(DDDs)排序分析法,计算DDDs和日用药金额,对结果进行统计分析。结果:中成药销售金额逐年上升,骨科用药及治疗心血管药物连续3年位居前20位。结论:中成药应用基本合理,使用现状符合我国深化医药卫生制度改革,推行全民医保,药品需求逐年上升的趋势;疗效确切,价格合理的中成药在临床使用中占据优势。
Objective: To understand the use of Chinese patent medicines in our hospital and its changing trends, and to provide scientific basis for improving drug management and clinical rational drug use. Methods: According to the sales volume and sales amount of proprietary Chinese medicines in our hospital from 2006 to 2008, the DDDs ranking analysis method was used to calculate the DDDs and daily drug amount, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: The sales volume of proprietary Chinese medicines increased year by year, and the orthopedic drugs and cardiovascular drugs were ranked in the top 20 for three consecutive years. Conclusion: The application of Chinese patent medicines is basically reasonable, and the current situation of use accords with the reform of China’s deepening medical and health system, the promotion of universal medical insurance, and the demand for drugs rising year after year. The proprietary Chinese medicines with definite curative effect and reasonable price occupy advantages in clinical use.
