窝沟封闭是在不去除咬合面牙体组织的情况下,在其上涂布一层粘结性树脂,保护牙釉质的深沟裂不受细菌及代谢物侵蚀。从而达到有效的防龋目的。目前,在国际上已被公认为是预防窝沟龋最为有效的方法,对降低脱落率具有积极的临床意义。现将脱落原因分析如下。
