目的 :总结近 18年四种不同内镜治疗方法的优缺点。方法 :通过对 75 6例散发性大肠息肉的分布 ,病理 ,息肉治疗方法进行回顾性研究。讨论 :分析四种不同内镜治疗的简单治疗原理 ,效果及预后。结论 :认为腺瘤性息肉采用电刀切除并做息肉回收是值得推荐的方法。
Objective: To summarize the advantages and disadvantages of four different methods of endoscopic treatment in recent 18 years. Methods: The distribution, pathology and polyps treatment of 756 cases of sporadic colorectal polyps were retrospectively studied. Discussion: Analysis of four different endoscopic treatment simple treatment principle, effect and prognosis. Conclusion: It is recommended that adenomatous polyps should be resected by electric knife and polyp should be recycled.
