传统能源的不可持续性、气候变化和环境污染的压力以及世界各国对能源需求的不断增长,使得清洁能源的推广应用成为必然趋势。近年来,中国淘汰大量落后产能,大力发展清洁能源,在国家能源战略调整的大背景下,在提出“一带一路”的发展思路之时,清洁能源的国际合作也面临新的机遇与挑战。
The unsustainability of traditional energy sources, the pressure of climate change and environmental pollution, and the increasing demand for energy from all over the world make the promotion and application of clean energy an inevitable trend. In recent years, China has eliminated a large amount of backward production capacity and vigorously developed clean energy. Under the background of the national energy strategy readjustment, international cooperation in clean energy is also facing new opportunities and challenges when formulating the development concept of “Belt and a Road” .
