钢筋混凝土多层框架结构房屋具有良好的抗震性能,结构设计中只要经过抗震计算并采取妥善的抗震构造措施,在一般烈度区建造多层框架房屋是可以保证安全的。但是,在超过了其限度以后就不能保证了,就需要对其加固。文中阐述了多层钢筋混凝土结构,在抗震承载力不能满足要求或结构总体布置不十分合理的情况下,常用抗震加固的设计和施工方法。
