1991年,尚在建设中的永城新庄煤矿,遇到了矿井建设资金的严重短缺。为了摆脱困境,矿井进入了边生产、边建设的自我发展阶段。该矿同时大力开展民主管理,增强了职工的主人翁意识,调动了职工的积极性,截止今年3月底,全矿累计生产原煤25.8万吨。超计划37％,并完成了主井等配套生产系统建设,走出了一条自我发展自我完善之路。
