目的观察光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效,为光动力治疗尖锐湿疣提供一定的临床资料。方法应用氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy,ALA-PDT)对50例尖锐湿疣患者进行治疗。结果50例尖锐湿疣患者经1～4次ALA-PDT治疗后,49例完全缓解,完全缓解率为98.0%;其中19例(38.0%)经过1次治疗、22例(44.0%)经过2次治疗、4例(8.0%)经过3次治疗、4例(8.0%)经过4次治疗达到完全缓解,1例(2.0%)治疗无效。结论ALA-PDT可有效、安全治疗尖锐湿疣。
Objective To observe the curative effect of photodynamic therapy on condyloma acuminatum and provide some clinical data for photodynamic therapy of genital warts. Methods 50 patients with condyloma acuminatum were treated with aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT). Results After 50 cases of condyloma acuminatum were treated with ALA-PDT 1 to 4 times, 49 cases were completely relieved and the complete remission rate was 98.0%. Among them, 19 cases (38.0%) were treated once and 22 cases (44.0%) were treated twice After 4 treatments (8.0%) were treated 3 times, 4 patients (8.0%) achieved complete remission after 4 treatments and 1 patient (2.0%) was ineffective. Conclusion ALA-PDT can be effective and safe treatment of genital warts.
