以面向产品广义质量的综合设计理论与方法为指导,将可视化、机构分析和有限元分析等理论结合在一起,用MATLAB、Pro/E和ANASYSWorkbench对某掩护式液压支架的设计计算、系统建模及装配、有限元分析和工作过程进行了可视化研究。实践表明,液压支架的可视化设计方法对于提高此产品的设计质量具有重要意义。
Guided by the comprehensive design theory and method oriented to the generalized product quality, combining the theory of visualization, mechanism analysis and finite element analysis, the design calculation, system modeling of a protective hydraulic support with MATLAB, Pro / E and ANASYSWorkbench And assembly, finite element analysis and working process were studied visually. Practice shows that the visual design of hydraulic support for improving the quality of this product design is of great significance.
