第一章总则第一条为了加强计量监督管理,保障国家计量单位制的统一和量值的准确可靠,保护消费者、生产者和经营者的合法权益,维护社会经济秩序,促进科学技术进步和国民经济发展,根据《中华人民共和国计量法》等有关法律、法规,结合本省实际,制定本条例。第二条凡在本省辖区内从事或者涉及计量活动的单位和个人,应当遵守本条例。
