江泽民同志在学习邓小平理论工作会议上的讲话中指出:深入学习邓小平理论,要“在全面正确地理解和掌握邓小平理论科学体系和精神实质上下功夫,在全面正确地理解和掌握十五大精神上下功夫。”这段论述具有很强的现实针对性。近年来,在党内和社会上流传着不少对邓小平理论的误解和曲解,有的甚至是无中生有,把自己的不正确理解说成是邓小平理论的原意和中央精神。有的以这些被误解、曲解了的思想来指导改革和各项工作,导致了决策的失误。下面就如何全面正确地理解和掌握邓小平理论问题
