痔是农村常见病种,如治疗不当会给患者带来很大痛苦。1993～1995年我对80例内痔、混合痔施行“V”形小切口加高位结扎切除术,取得全部彻底治愈的好效果,报告如下。1 临床资料 本组80例.男32例,女48例.年龄18～55岁,平均41.4岁;病程最长30年,最短2年;内痔26,混合痔54例,Ⅱ期22例.Ⅲ期58例。一次手术切除两处痔核6例,创面大多在2～3周内全部愈合.术后无出血、肛门狭窄、粘膜外翻等并发症、后遗症。2手术方法2.1 术前准备:清洁灌肠2次,据痔核位置病人取截石位、膝胸位或侧卧位。2.2操作要点:①在肛门缘外,痔两侧作“V”形切开,直至齿线。②再向深面解剖.将内、外痔核和肛管
