金山店铁矿现采用玻璃钢锚杆替代传统螺纹钢锚杆支护回采巷道,而玻璃钢锚杆支护参数仍沿用与螺纹钢锚杆相同的参数,不利于发挥玻璃钢锚杆的支护优势。通过选取锚杆直径、锚杆长度、锚杆排距、锚杆间距和锚杆预紧力5个参数进行正交试验设计,运用FLAC3D软件对正交设计的各种参数组合进行数值模拟,采用极差分析法分析不同支护参数组合对支护效果的影响,以获得最优支护参数组合。为玻璃钢锚杆合理支护参数的选取提供理论依据。
The Jinshandian iron ore mine now replaces the traditional bolting and bolting support roadway with FRP bolts, while the FRP bolt support parameters still use the same parameters as the rebar bolts, which is not conducive to giving full play to the advantages of GRP bolts. By orthogonal design of five parameters of bolt diameter, bolt length, bolt spacing, bolt spacing and bolt preload, the orthogonal design was simulated by using FLAC3D software. The range analysis method analyzes the influence of different support parameters on the support effect, in order to obtain the optimal support parameter combination. It provides a theoretical basis for choosing reasonable support parameters of FRP bolts.
