教师压力管理是教育管理部门的职责所在。但是,经济的快速发展导致社会管理与教育发展不同步,教育管理相对滞后、错位和缺位,使得教师职业压力的各种矛盾和问题凸显出来。班主任是教师群体中压力较大的群体,由此给班主任带来的问题和矛盾更为明显。解决好班主任的职业压力对缓解整个教师群体的职业压力有着举足轻重的作用。
Teacher stress management is the responsibility of the education management department. However, the rapid economic development has led to the non-synchronization of social management and education development. The relative lag, dislocation and absence of education management have made the various conflicts and problems in the professional pressure of teachers highlighted. The head teacher is a group with a higher pressure in the teacher group, which brings more obvious problems and conflicts to the class teacher. Resolving the occupational stress of the class teacher plays a decisive role in relieving the professional pressure of the entire teacher group.
