文章通过对笔者多年来在形体健身操课授课过程中,教学方法的回顾与总结,分析了讲解与示范法、完整与分解法、提示法、带领法、帮助法、挂图与电化教学法等教学方法的具体应用方式.为使学生尽快掌握形体健身操课的教学内容,圆满完成教学任务提供一些参考.
