作为卫生科学研究的权威机构,日本国立卫生研究机关的主要任务是配合厚生省卫生行政管理工作,适应国民生活水平不断提高的要求,以及生物工程学、情报科学等科学技术的进步和科学技术国际化大潮流的需要,开展卫生保健方面的科学研究、业务培训和行业工作。今年5月,厚生省专门召开了由有关政府官员和专家教授参加的国立卫生科学研究机构发展构想研讨会,对以上机构过去的工作做了重新评价,对各机构将来的发展方向和作用分别提出了具体的改进意见,并对各研究机构的名称、组织机构的设置以及新的研究内容提出了前瞻性建议。许多意见得到了采用,并正在实施中。现就厚生省直属的七大卫生研究机构和
As an authoritative organization for the research of health sciences, the main task of the National Institute of Health Research in Japan is to cooperate with the health administration of the Health and Welfare Department, to meet the requirements of the continuous improvement of the living standards of the people, and to advance the science and technology of bioengineering, information science and other scientific and technological advancements. The needs of major trends, the development of scientific research in health care, business training and industry work. In May this year, the Ministry of Health and Welfare convened a seminar on the concept of development of national health science research institutes attended by relevant government officials, experts and professors. It re-evaluated the past work of these institutions and proposed separate directions and roles for the future development of the institutions. Specific suggestions for improvement, and forward-looking suggestions were made on the names of the research institutions, the setting of the organization, and the new research content. Many opinions have been adopted and are being implemented. Now there are seven health research institutes directly under the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
