本文根据集安市口岸建设的发展现状、特点,分析了对朝经贸发展的不确定性因素以及口岸建设过程中城市功能、城市用地、城市交通、口岸规划、旅游发展等方面存在的问题,提出集安市产业布局发展模式、用地发展模式、交通组织的目标、边贸用地规划、旅游规划层面上的城市规划应对措施。
Based on the current situation and characteristics of the construction of the ports in Ji’an, this paper analyzes the uncertainties of the economic and trade development in the DPRK and the problems in the port construction such as urban functions, urban land use, urban traffic, port planning and tourism development. Ji’an industrial layout development model, land development model, traffic organization goals, border trade land planning, tourism planning level of urban planning and response measures.
