[目的]了解氰戊菊酯宫内暴露对雄性仔鼠雄性特征的影响。[方法]选用SD妊娠大鼠20只,随机分为4组,分别给予0、2、10、50mg/kg氰戊菊酯,于妊娠第12~18天进行灌胃染毒,仔鼠出生后第13天每组随机抽取35只雄性仔鼠观察乳头保留情况。仔鼠断乳后进行窝标准化,每组随机保留25只雄性仔鼠,并于出生第35天处死取材,制备睾丸匀浆,应用比色法测定睾丸组织一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)及一氧化氮合酶(nitric oxide synthase,NOS)水平。[结果]雄性仔鼠出生第13天,2mg/kg和10mg/kg染毒组与空白对照组比较,乳头保留数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而50mg/kg染毒组乳头保留数明显高于空白对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与空白对照组相比,2mg/kg染毒组NOS活性无明显改变(P>0.05),10mg/kg和50mg/kg染毒组NOS活性明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各染毒组NO含量与空白对照组相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]氰戊菊酯宫内暴露对雄性仔鼠雄性特征有明显的类雌激素效应。
[Objective] To understand the effect of fenvalerate intrauterine exposure on the male characteristics of male offspring. [Methods] Twenty pregnant SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, and were given fenvalerate at 0, 2, 10, and 50 mg / kg respectively. The rats were intragastrically administered on the 12th to 18th day of pregnancy, On the 13th day, 35 male offspring were randomly selected from each group to observe the preservation of the nipple. The pups were weaned after weaning, normalization was performed. [Result] There was no significant difference in retention of nipple between male and female offspring at day 13, 2 mg / kg and 10 mg / kg (P> 0.05), while the nipple at 50 mg / kg The number was significantly higher than the blank control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Compared with the blank control group, the activity of NOS did not change significantly (P> 0.05) in the 2 mg / kg group, while the activity of NOS in the 10 mg / kg and 50 mg / kg groups was significantly increased (P <0.05) . Compared with the blank control group, there was no significant difference in the content of NO in each exposure group (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] The intrauterine exposure of fenvalerate has obvious estrogen-like effect on male characteristics of male offspring.
