目的 :研究CYFRA2 1 1对来源于上皮细胞的实体恶性肿瘤诊断、分期及预后判断的临床意义。方法 :采用免疫放射分析法检测 35例正常人、30例非肿瘤患者、5 3例恶性肿瘤患者的血清CYFRA2 1 1水平。结果 :正常人组及非肿瘤患者组检测阳性率明显低于恶性肿瘤组 (P <0 .0 0 1)。CYFRA2 1 1在来源于上皮细胞的实体恶性肿瘤中均有表达 :0~Ⅰ期者为 (3 .86± 0 .86 ) μg·L-1,Ⅱ~Ⅲa期者为 (2 8.33± 18.92 ) μg·L-1,Ⅲb~Ⅳ期者为 (190 .2 3± 75 .94) μg·L-1。随病情的发展 ,血清中CYFRA2 1 1含量明显增加 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :血清CYFRA2 1 1的含量可作为对来源于上皮细胞的实体恶性肿瘤进行诊断、分期及预后判断的一项比较客观的指标
Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of CYFRA2 1 1 in the diagnosis, staging and prognosis of solid tumor derived from epithelial cells. Methods: The serum levels of CYFRA2 1 1 in 35 normal subjects, 30 non-tumor patients and 53 malignant tumors were detected by immuno-radiometric assay. Results: The detection rate of normal group and non-tumor group was significantly lower than that of malignant tumor group (P <0.01). The expression of CYFRA2 1 1 in solid tumors derived from epithelial cells was (3.86 ± 0.86) μg · L-1 in stage 0 to stage Ⅰ, (2 8.33 ± 18.92) stage Ⅱ to Ⅲa, μg · L-1, Ⅲb-Ⅳ were (190.223 ± 75.94) μg · L-1. With the development of the disease, serum CYFRA2 1 1 content increased significantly (P <0.01). Conclusion: The serum level of CYFRA2 1 1 can be used as a more objective indicator for the diagnosis, staging and prognosis of solid tumors derived from epithelial cells
