男,11岁。因间歇性排尿中断,伴阴茎部剧痛,改变体位后尚能排出尿液月余入院。近5年内曾因类似症状在当地卫生院及县医院3次作了膀胱取石手术,6岁时尿中排出蛔虫一条。此次发病距第三次手术15个月。 体查:一般情况可,发育正常,营养欠佳。心肺无异常发现,腹软,下腹正中有长约6cm之陈旧手术瘢痕,膀胱区有触痛,未扪及包块,外生殖器无异常。尿常规,蛋白(±),红细胞(++),脓细胞(+)。
