绵阳职业技术学院结合绵阳地方产业,着力培养电子信息技术产业所需要的高技能应用人才,与欣立伟科技有限公司共建电子产品生产工艺实训车间,创立了“企业独立经营,校企共建教学及研发平台,经营全程进行学生培养,校方负责教学监督考核”的合作模式。该模式的实践运行为企业培养了一批无缝接轨高素质技能型人才,具有一定的推广价值。
