针对水权交易中存在价格扭曲的现象,结合我国目前水权市场为准市场的性质与水权交易的现状,基于模糊集理论与水权定价指标体系,构建了水权定价的模糊识别模型,并利用其确定了我国黄河流域2010年水权价格。结果表明,该模型可为水权交易中的价格制定提供理论基础和方法,有利于水权市场的完善和水资源的高效利用。
Aiming at the phenomenon of price distortions in water rights transactions, combined with the current nature of the water rights market in China and the status quo of water rights transactions, a fuzzy identification model of pricing of water rights is constructed based on the fuzzy set theory and water pricing index system, And use it to determine the price of water rights in the Yellow River Basin in China in 2010. The results show that the model can provide a theoretical basis and method for pricing the water rights transactions, which is conducive to the improvement of the water rights market and the efficient use of water resources.
