第三届地震工程专业委员会第一次会议,于1991年11月8日至10日在哈尔滨国家地震局工程力学研究所举行。会议由上届委员会主任委员胡聿贤和本届委员会主任委员谢礼立主持,参加会议的本届及上届的委员共28人。与会同志听取了上届专业委员会主任委员胡聿贤所作的“关于第三届地震工程专业委员会的工作总结报告”,然后就专业委员会工作有关的几个问题进行了讨论并通过了决议。
The 1st meeting of the 3rd Seismological Engineering Committee was held from November 8th to 10th, 1991 at the Institute of Engineering Mechanics, Harbin State Seismological Bureau. The meeting was chaired by Hu Yongxian, chairman of the last session of the committee, and Xie Lili, chairman of the current session. There were a total of 28 members participating in the conference. The comrades at the meeting listened to the “Comprehensive Report on the Work of the 3rd Earthquake Engineering Professional Committee” made by the Chairman of the last professional committee, Hu Junxian, and then discussed and passed resolutions on several issues related to the work of professional committees.
