去年7月以来,云南省平均降水量比多年同期减少207毫米,打破了有气象记录以来的最少记录;同期气温与多年平均相比偏高了1.7℃,打破了有气象记录以来的最高记录。目前,全省库塘蓄水量仅为53.8亿立方米,同比减少近17亿立方米。全省多数地区持续干旱,给今年的水稻生产带来了严重影响。
Since July last year, average precipitation in Yunnan Province has dropped by 207 millimeters over the same period of previous years, breaking the minimum record since meteorological records were recorded. During the same period, the temperature was 1.7 ℃ higher than the average for many years, breaking the highest record since meteorological records were recorded. At present, the storage capacity of the reservoir in the province is only 5.38 billion cubic meters, down nearly 1.7 billion cubic meters year on year. Continued drought in most parts of the province has had a serious impact on this year’s rice production.
