研究了在薄碳膜上的电子-声子的相应反应。声波在薄碳膜中传播时有一个很小的声速和很小的衰减。与声波有关的电子-声子散射是引起电阻的特殊的温度关系及预石墨化碳在低温下的负抗磁性的原因。
The corresponding reaction of electron-phonon on thin carbon film was studied. Sound waves propagate in thin carbon films with a small speed of sound and small attenuation. Sonic-related electron-phonon scattering is responsible for the particular temperature dependence of resistance and the negative diamagnetism of pre-graphitized carbon at low temperatures.
