北京个体从业者 可参加医保 从今年3月1日起,北京市从事个体劳动或自由职业者,也可以和企业职工一样参加基本医疗保险。北京市劳动保障局为此专门印发了《北京市个人委托存档人员参加基本医疗保险暂行办法》。
