由江苏工学院和武进柴油机厂共同完成的“高效消声器理论与设计方法”目前通过了机电部部级鉴定。该课题由机电部农机司下达,编号为:88217203。目前,国内农用动力源小型单缸柴油机是社会抱恐最多的噪声源之一。柴油机主要配置3号消声器,已不能控制噪声,尤其是柴油机缸径不断扩大,排气噪声更加严重。因此提出了本研究方案。 a.在理论上大胆创新建立了内燃机排气噪声的分析模型,揭示了排气噪声产生的机理和传播规律,提出了排气噪声声功率公式和排气消声器插入损失公式,推导了消声器中穿孔声学元件的传递矩阵,丰富了现有排气消声器理论。 b.在设计上有明显突破提出了一套完整的消声器设计方法,并开发了
