在长白山用三年生盆栽苗检验了关于红松苗越冬伤害原因的三个假说:生理干旱伤害、晚霜冻害及光氧化伤害。结果一再表明红松苗越冬伤害和生理干旱及晚霜两种逆境无关,而是由和长期冰冻低温相伴随的强烈日照引起的。适当遮荫就可以防止这种伤害强日照的伤害效应表现在它加强了针叶冬季光合能力的抑制,导致叶绿素的过分漂白。本文系在国际上首次提出光氧化导致常绿针叶树不可逆伤害的假说并得到初步证实,首次发现常绿针叶树越冬期间光合能力出现负值的现象。
Three perennial potted plants in Changbai Mountain were used to test the three hypotheses on the causes of overwintering of pine seedlings: physiological drought damage, late frost damage and photooxidation damage.
