三十年来,学院着眼人才培养目标,依托自身地缘优势、人才优势和信息优势,坚持把弘扬延安精神摆在突出位置,积极探索延安革命传统教育的形式方法,通过见证马克思主义中国化的光辉历程,坚定学员对马克思主义的政治信仰;追寻延安时期我军发展壮大的历史足迹,切实铸牢听党指挥的军魂意识;回顾我党我军艰苦奋斗的激情岁月,坚定对中国特色社会主义的信心;学习延安时期革命先辈舍生忘死的奉献精神,强化履行使命的历史责任感等做法,对提高思想政治教育效果和人才培养质量发挥了重要作用。
In the past 30 years, with its focus on the goal of personnel training, the college has placed the promotion of Yan’an’s spirit in a prominent position based on its own geographical, personnel and information advantages. It has also actively explored the formal methods of Yan’an’s revolutionary traditional education. By witnessing the glorious course of sinicizing Marxism in China, , Persevere in the political beliefs of Marxists; follow the historical footsteps of our army in its development and expansion during the Yanan era, earnestly cast its awareness on the soul of the military spirit under the command of the party; review the passion of the hard work of our party in the years of passion and determination of socialism with Chinese characteristics Confidence, learning the dedication of the sacrificial beings of the revolutionary predecessors during the Yanan period, and strengthening the historical sense of responsibility in carrying out the mission have played an important role in improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education and the quality of personnel training.
